In recent years, chia seeds have become one of the most popular superfoods. And rightly so! Because there is much more in the small, round seeds than you might initially think.
The small seeds are not only particularly good in muesli or porridge, chia seeds are also suitable in bread or pancakes, not least because of their strong swelling properties.

How to: Chia seed pudding
First, mix the chia seeds with milk or a vegan alternative, such as peanut drink, and let them soak for about 15 minutes until the chia seeds are completely soaked and the mixture is no longer so watery. The mixing ratio should be approximately 1:6. Then you can add bananas or another fruit and let the whole thing continue to swell. For sweetness, add some honey or a sweetener of your choice.

Note: A daily consumption amount of 15 g should not be exceeded.
