Our first own BBQ sauce shouldn't just be run of the mill. The main thing is a lot of smoke and little taste - no. We deliberately incorporated only a very light smoky note into the sauce so that the taste of the individual ingredients comes out optimally. What makes the sauce a real taste experience. Flavor profile
Fine cherry note, optimally supported by the white wine vinegar, which serves as a natural flavor booster. We added an umami note with the balsamic vinegar, rounded off by our spices. A very subtle smoky note is created by the chipotle powder and the finely smoked paprika powder. A real all-rounder sauce that flexes your muscles not only when grilled.
