Hot Habanero Sauce
The mother of all sauces. Marie's first habanero sauce, which is now internationally famous and is praised again and again. With delicious vegetables and lots of habaneros ripened under the tropical Belizean sun. Marie's secret? It's easy: Marie skips the vinegar and concentrates on making the most of her country's sun-ripened ingredients. The name of the sauce suggests it: Hot!

Grapefruit Habanero Sauce
Fiery and fruity. In addition to golden yellow habanero pods, this sauce contains lots of juicy, sun-ripened grapefruit pulp. It gives your dishes a unique, exotic and spicy note. The slightly different habanero sauce. For culinary, exotic and light cuisine with a soft, spicy note. Goes particularly well with grilled poultry.

Green Habanero Sauce
An insider tip for many: This sauce is particularly popular in the Caribbean. It is based on the pulp of the Nopal prickly pear cactus and gets its spiciness exclusively from sun-ripened, green, extra-hot Habaneros. For use in unusual but nevertheless culinary-exotic cuisine characterized by special taste experiences with a slightly spicier, fruity note.
