Tabasco sauces have a long tradition. The McIlhenny company has been producing the hot sauce since 1868. The original recipe was developed by family patriarch Edmund McIlhenny and remains unchanged to this day.

Over time, the original sauce was joined by other flavors, like this delicious example. It is therefore not as smoky as the Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce , but is no less hearty and delicious.
