If you've never tried spicy honey, it's time to change that. The combination of sweet and spicy is simply great. The spiciness comes from Madame Jeanette and red chilli and this 'Extra Hot' version uses an extra portion of the Madame Jeanette chillies.
Very versatile, but especially on pizza, ribs, fried chicken (in combination with a waffle to top it off) and with cheese, this spicy honey is really great.
